Samata Angel will be speaking at the ‘Brilliant Women’ event on Thursday October 16 in Westminster Cathedral Hall. Lined up to give a key note speech are Margaret Mountford (Sir Alan Sugar’s sidekick on ‘The Apprentice’) and the Attorney General.The initial idea behind bw! is that the power of women as a group is greater than the individual and that power can be harnessed to empower individuals! Do Sumthing Positive for Africa Charity Benefit
Samata Angel will be co-hosting the Do Sumthing Positive for Africa Charity Benefit on Friday 17th October 2008.The fundraiser aims to bring together members of the public on a particular day and have them pledge their enabling positive resources towards the Do Sumthing Positive For Africa project.
The benefit promises to be a high profile event to celebrate and recognize Nigerian Icons and showcase the collection of a diverse range of designers including award-winning designer Deola Sagoe.
