Samata Angel started filming for her pod cast project! The young designer had an amazing photo shoot which 601tv came down to film it. She was also interviewed for the project and the series of interviews will be coming later this year alongside Samata's book launch.

Samata Angel also styled RnB singer Asian Ayi Jihu for a magazine photo shoot. Ayi is being dubbed the ‘Chinese Madonna’ and is performing up and down the country on the European leg of her Try Me tour.

With SWAY in Sierra Leone, filiming for the podcast project
Samata Angel caught up with SWAY, who recently travelled with the young designer to Sierra Leone to take part in the Rugged Music Festival. Samata interviewed the star for her podcast series, set to be completed this year.

Cannes Film Festival
Samata Angel attended the Cannes Film Festival in France. Also in town were the likes of P.Diddy, Robert De Niro, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jude Law and many others.
Model, actress and presenter Lindsay Fergusson was also in town for the festival. Samata dressed Lindsay for the Clothes Show Live two years ago (pictured above).
